To be fair that was an excellent 2nd half performance... deffo one of Rices better games... impressed with the Leeds lad who came on... nice passer of the ball... enjoyed that

Bit of a genius this Southgate bloke. Always said it. Picks a hilarious squad and then picks the worst players in it to play the number one team in the world. Somehow gets the win. Genius. Or maybe we've witnessed the Martinez effect?

Credit where credit’s due. After 20 minutes it looked like a case of how many Belgium might score but that’s a good performance and a very good win given the opposition, even if we got the luck.

Not sure alfs, but I’d guess the smaller FAs won’t pay for it in their stadiums so UEFA have to apply it equally across all games

Lots of people were making comments online comparing De Bruyne, Carrasco and Witsel to Henderson and Rice and asking who people would prefer. It’s a fair argument, but that Belgium midfield hasn’t really created much, has it?
